1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At Pickleball Coaching International (PCI), our goal is to ensure every member finds value and success in our certification and resources. If you are not entirely satisfied with your membership experience, we offer a refund process designed to be fair and reasonable.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

Members are eligible for a full refund of their registration or membership fees provided the request is made within the first three (3) months of the initial sign-up or renewal date.

3. Limitations and Exclusions

To protect the integrity of our digital assets and third-party costs, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Access Period: Refund requests submitted after three (3) months of active membership will not be eligible for a full refund. This is due to the immediate value provided through restricted educational materials and the activation of professional insurance coverage.

  • Usage: PCI reserves the right to deny or prorate a refund if significant portions of the certification material have been completed or if insurance claims have been processed during the membership window.
